Salary: £70,000 - £76,000 (+ excellent benefits including 29% pension contributions)
We are looking to recruit a ServiceNow professional for a technology driven public sector organisation. The ServiceNow specialist will play a pivotal role in leading the introduction and ongoing development of a new ServiceNow platform as part of a major transformation programme.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in Glasgow approximately 2 days a week.
The Role
This position will provide technical leadership and product ownership for the my client's new ServiceNow platform.
You'll ensure that ServiceNow aligns with business goals, delivers maximum value, and supports continuous improvement across IT and service operations.
Working with strategic suppliers and a ServiceNow delivery partner, you'll oversee configuration, onboarding, and platform enhancements-driving innovation and ensuring the tooling supports a modern, efficient service management model.
