Manufacturing Supervisor:
Salary £38,600 plus £7K shift allowance

About Your New Job
* Safety: Champion a strong safety culture by following Health & Safety policies and environmental standards.
* Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production area, ensuring departmental targets and KPIs are achieved.
* Efficiency: Drive productivity and quality improvements, monitor performance, and ensure output meets the highest manufacturing standards.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records, review and approve production documentation, and assist in developing and updating manufacturing procedures.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of operators, manage shift schedules, and provide coaching and feedback to support performance and growth.
What Skills You Need
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
* Skills: Strong organisational and leadership skills, ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting, and a track record in developing team capability.
* Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with quality or disciplinary processes within a regulated environment.
