Main Objective of the role
* Analyze the company's commercial activities and performance with a data-driven approach, helping to make strategic decisions and improve business outcomes
* Lead data analytics and strategic planning efforts aimed at the company's commercial success. By making data-driven decisions, enhance the company's competitive advantage and optimize business results
Roles & Responsibilities
Commercial Analytics:
* Contribute to strategic planning processes by analyzing commercial activities, market conditions, and the competitive environment
* Coordinate commercial analyses aimed at the company's overall strategic objectives
* Guide Sales Teams on decisions supported by data analysis.
* Communicate analytical findings clearly to sales teams and foster collaboration
* Monitor sales performance and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Compile data and insights into a single platform and develop the system. Create single source of truth.
* Project leadership and coordination to create the analytical platform according to the timeline
* Analyze commercial data to identify significant trends and opportunities, and anomalies.
Create analytical reports and regularly present information to relevant stakeholders
Market and Customer Analysis:
* Use analytical methods to understand market trends and shopper behaviors
* Analyze potential risks and opportunities

* Global teams
About You
* Graduated from related undergraduate programs
* Preferably experienced in different sales teams in FMCG, having worked with important clients in market analysis and customer analysis, with 4 years or more of experience
* Experienced in pricing, consumer, and field operations related to the sector
* High communication and collaboration skills
* Advanced level of English
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office and BI tools/applications
