Job Title: Obstetrics/ Gynae/ General Sonographer Banding: Band 8a Location: Kingston, Surrey Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Start Date: ASAP Rate: £52 - £53 per hour Duration: Ongoing We are seeking a highly skilled Obstetrics, Gynae, and General Sonographer to join our esteemed client in Kingston. This role involves performing specialist ultrasound scans, including obstetric, gynaecological, and general imaging, to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. While we will consider candidates with any skillset, experience in obstetric ultrasound is highly desirable. The successful candidate will work closely with radiologists, obstetricians, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines. Key Responsibilities The role requires expertise in ultrasound imaging, including fetal monitoring, pelvic scans, and general sonography. The sonographer will be responsible for interpreting imaging results, assisting in diagnostic procedures, and providing specialist advice to clinicians. Additionally, maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with UKAS accreditation standards are essential aspects of the role. Qualifications & Experience HCPC registration Degree in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent. Extensive experience in obstetric, gynaecological, and general ultrasound imaging.
