Global Mobility Lead – ROW & Talent Programmes The Flutter Group Global Mobility team is a key part of our Group People function and Reward team, with specific responsibility for advising on, developing, and managing Flutter's global mobility strategy and operations. This includes our frameworks for international assignments, immigration support, and cross-border talent programmes, whilst also leading on global mobility compliance and risk management across multiple jurisdictions and driving innovation in global mobility practices and employee experience. The Global Mobility Lead – ROW & Talent Programmes is responsible for leading regional GM operations and advisory services across our Rest of World (ROW) locations, while driving the implementation and delivery of Talent Mobility Programmes. Acting as the Lead for regional GM Managers, the role holder will establish and manage a team delivering an exceptional colleague and stakeholder experience that blends our global mobility best practices with local nuance. The role combines global mobility expertise with hands-on operational delivery and team leadership to support our expanding ROW operations and talent programmes, whilst being a key contributor to policy and process development that positions Flutter as a leader in innovative, employee-focused global mobility practices What you’ll do Lead and manage global mobility operations across ROW regions (UK&I, SEA, CEE, & APAC), establishing regional operating frameworks aligned with global processes while tailored to local requirements Serve as primary business partner and escalation point for mobile employees, stakeholders, and regional GM teams throughout the entire assignment lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences and strong business outcomes Oversee regional GM budget and all assignment-related administration, delivering cost-effective, high-quality service measured through surveys and stakeholder feedback Lead implementation and delivery of Talent Mobility Programmes across ROW, establishing clear frameworks and delivery mechanisms aligned to global standards Drive continuous improvement through end-to-end process reviews, developing regional playbooks, enhancing self-service capabilities, and reducing ad-hoc support queries through better documentation and GM microsite development Champion GM technology and innovation initiatives, leading adoption of automation and AI solutions across the ROW region to enhance operational efficiency Monitor compliance requirements across jurisdictions, ensuring policy and process supports immigration, tax, payroll, and share plan compliance with clear governance, reporting, and data accuracy Manage and develop a team of 3-6 Regional GM Managers and Specialists, providing mentorship and operational guidance while collaborating with Head of Global Mobility, CoE teams, HR Business Partners, vendors, and brand leadership How you’ll do it Expert in global mobility operations including immigration processes, international assignment management, and cross-border compliance across multiple jurisdictions Proven ability to design and implement assignment frameworks, expatriate policies, tax equalization programmes, and operational best practices Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics across diverse geographies Experience managing specialists, acting as escalation point, and leading complex projects independently with clear ownership and accountability Skilled in vendor relationship management, SLA oversight, and establishing effective operating models and ownership frameworks Data-driven approach with ability to conduct complex analysis, develop insights from multiple sources, and use analytics for evidence-based decision-making Working knowledge of compliance requirements, data privacy regulations, and experience with global mobility platforms and case management systems High attention to detail with excellent relationship-building skills, thrives in fast-paced environments, and effectively manages multiple competing priorities What’s in it for you We are a flexible employer; whether you have personal commitments or a hobby that brings you joy, we want you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
