A well-regarded school in Wavertree, is seeking a proactive and professional School Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic, education-focused environment.
The Role:
You will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Duties will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
* Managing calls, emails and general enquiries
* Maintaining pupil records and databases
* Supporting attendance monitoring and admissions administration
* Producing letters, reports and documentation
* Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous administration experience (school setting desirable but not essential)
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
* Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent service
