Proven record of Continuing Professional Development including specialisation relevant to the operational healthcare estate (e.g. ventilation, MGPS, etc or within the field of electrical engineering). Desirable criteria Recognised professional qualification or working towards membership of one of the professional institutes that is recognised by the NHS Knowledge And Experience Essential criteria Knowledge and understanding of operational estate management across all disciplines and functions. Sound knowledge of legislation relating to estates services. In depth knowledge of maintenance planning and organisation (PPM, reactive, contract, etc).
