Responsibilities
* Hold a caseload of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism, fulfilling statutory duties.
* Carry out assessment, support planning, review and direct work with individuals.
* Manage general case‑management duties.
* Use provided laptop and mobile phone to enable remote working.
About You
We are looking for a qualified social worker who is organized, creative, and an excellent communicator. You are passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism and share our commitment to empowerment.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualifications as a social worker (e.g., Social Work Diploma, MSc).
* Experience working within the current Social Care System and Framework.
* Enhanced DBS check required. All successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check as part of pre‑employment checks.
* Applicants must be currently residing in the UK. Sponsorship is considered on a case‑by‑case basis where eligible.
