Libraries – Specialist Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities include assisting customers with queries, providing digital support, operating library management systems, processing and shelving stock, and engaging in activities for adults and children to promote library use and reading.
We seek a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the importance of excellent customer service.
We are recruiting a Libraries Specialist Customer Services Representative for Ellesmere Port Library and the Cheshire West Mobile Library.
This is a temporary 14.25-hour position for six months, with hours and patterns subject to review.

Weekly schedule:
* Week one: Mon 9-5, Tue 9-5 (14 hours)
* Week two: Mon 9-5, Tue 8.30-5 (14.5 hours)
