Description THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO: Collaborate and Communicate Act as expertise and knowledge hub for store opening, refit and configurations to ensure the smooth, efficient and timely openings of these new spaces Collaborate on and attend, site, and progress meetings with Shopfit, Store and Area Managers Visit pre-retail to check on the processing of the new store stock package Work on-site at the new store from handover through to opening Liaise with: Shopfitting department and the Project Manager to review stockroom layout and handover dates RSC to agree on space for pre-retail (usually 3/4 weeks) Product operations to get the grades and volumes of pre-retail stock packages Visual Merchandising Departments to set up layout meetings Distribution to coordinate deliveries of stock and consumables to store for launch Plan and Organise Organise Inductions for all staff going to pre-retail ( liaising with the warehouse) Confirm the delivery of launch stock Arrange the delivery of skips, site assistance, number of keys etc in readiness for handover Place new store orders including stationery, white goods, lockers, pallet trucks Confirm the Bristol launch order and pre retail hangers, and PPE KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Planning / Time Management Must have flexibility to travel nationwide and be available to work weekdays, weekends and evenings where required, and have the ability to manage own diary effectively Building Relationships Through excellent communication and influencing you will have to negotiate and plan with internal colleagues and external suppliers Leadership The ability to lead and manage from a distance is key to the success of this role Analytical The skills to create and analyse budgets and be able to find opportunities to minimise costs and maximise profits.
