We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across chat and live commerce channels for our flagship product launches in Europe. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns that maximize customer engagement and sales across Mobile, Digital Appliances, and Visual Display product lines. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our digital transformation, blending creativity, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to shape meaningful customer interactions via web chat, social, and live streaming platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute chat and live commerce GTM strategies across 16 European subsidiaries. Drive sales and customer engagement through personalized, proactive chat messaging and event-led live commerce activations. Lead a team of merchandisers, managing campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, and content calendars. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Reporting, and Global teams to align local execution with global strategies. Analyze performance metrics, extract insights, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion, average order value (AOV), and customer satisfaction.
