This opportunity involves a mix of Residential and Commercial work, working across various areas in London, with their dynamic office based in Central London.

Working hours:
1. Full-time (9.00 am - 5:30pm)
2. Office-based
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
3. Basic salary of £60,000 or higher (dependent on experience)
4. Travel expenses paid
5. Discretionary Bonus

7. 21 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays(Negotiable)

Residential Surveyor requirements:
9. MRICS or FRICS qualifications
10. RICS Registered Valuer
11. Minimum of 2 years of experience
12. Full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
13. Level 2 survey experience
14. Level 3 survey experience
15. Residential and Commercial Experience
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
16. Carrying out Building Surveys
17. Valuations
18. Homebuyer surveys (Not as common, but can also be involved)
