Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
* Managing the day-to-day operations of a 1 Rosette restaurant, delivering polished, professional service
* Leading and mentoring a passionate front-of-house team
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience
* Maintaining the highest standards across service, presentation, and guest engagement
* Managing bookings, rotas, and training programmes
* Driving revenue through excellent service and attention to detail
