The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting surveys and interviews over the phone, gathering essential information, and ensuring accuracy in data collection. This role is crucial for supporting our research and customer feedback initiatives. Full training is provided on our internal processes and platforms, although experience of phone based communications with businesses is preferred and confident spoken communication skills are essential. No sales activity is required as we conduct only confidential research studies, but a professional, polite and persuasive manner is required. This position will involve engaging with survey participants in businesses across North America and Asia. Participants across North America and Asia, requiring flexibility and the ability to work either night shifts or local region business hours. Core duties: Conduct confidential phone interviews with participants in a professional and courteous manner. Gather data and insights by asking targeted questions and actively listening to responses. Accurately record responses in designated systems or software. Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulations. Maintain a thorough understanding of survey topics and objectives, effectively communicating the purpose of the survey to respondents. Manage appointments, scheduling and follow up calls as necessary. Collaborate with supervisors, team leaders, and other research colleagues to ensure all procedures and instructions are correctly followed. Report any issues encountered during calls to management for resolution. Stay updated on company information to answer any questions or information requests from Participants Maintain full records of work progress for each project. Regularly report progress to Supervisors and managers on assigned projects. Meet daily and weekly performance targets for calls conducted, completed surveys, and data accuracy. Assist in the development and testing of interview scripts and questionnaires. Handle and resolve any issues or questions from participants Perform project-related administrative tasks as necessary. Adhere to RONIN's market research quality procedures. Understand the market research process and confidentiality requirements related to participant confidentiality and best practices, including processes related to RONIN quality standards Perform to the expected quality requirements. About You: (You don’t need to tick all the boxes to be considered, so please do still apply if you have most of what we’re looking for) High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Previous experience as a market research telephone interviewer is advantageous. Experience in a call centre, customer service, or data collection role is preferred.
