Salary/Rate: Competitive (Depending on experience).
The Role
* Set up site dimensional control and maintain.
* Establish effective systems to record work completed.
* Setting out for the project.
* Understand and assist in the implementation of site safety systems.
* Ensure workforce and contractors understand setting out information.
* Assist and prepare sketches for distribution ensuring all teams understand the plans.
* Preparation of as‑builts.
* Recording and testing of workmanship and materials (i.e. drainage, concrete, piling and brickwork).
* Maintain the drawing register.
* Provide engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and queries are answered.
About You
* Circa 4‑5 years experience in a similar role.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Own a laptop.
* Working knowledge of CAD.
* HNC or equivalent qualification.
* CSCS Card.
* SSSTS or above and a First Aid would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
* Be able to create and maintain detailed records of works on site.
