Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Call Centre Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the management of daily call centre operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, clients, and the marketing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals who want to grow their skills in customer service, coordination, and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in coordinating daily call centre activities to meet performance targets.
* Support call centre agents with training, guidance, and resources.
* Monitor call quality and provide feedback to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure timely communication between the call centre team and marketing managers.
* Track and report on performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and response times.
* Help resolve escalated customer queries with professionalism.
* Contribute to the development of scripts, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Previous experience in customer service or call centres is desirable but not essential.
* Full training will be provided.
