As our client is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their proficient team. As a senior member of the team you’ll be expected to lead by example from the front along with:-
– Negotiating property sales on behalf of vendors, and following the sale through from offer accepted to completion with regular contact with other estate agents in the chain, solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors.
– Work collaboratively with the multiple offices.
– Be a confident communicator, with experience of consultative selling both in person and over the telephone.
– Commercially minded and results driven with the ability to create sales opportunities and hold deals together.
– As the face of the business being professional and presentable.
– Able to use your initiative confidently.
– Organised, process driven and able to remain calm and focused when working under pressure.
The role is Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 with an alternate Saturday 09:00 – 16:00.
