Job role: Cloud Solutions Specialist (M365 / Azure) Location: Hybrid - Essex / London Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 benefits Overview We're looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Specialist to join a fast growing MSP / Consultancy to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects for a wide range of customers across the South East. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role within a consultancy environment, working across cloud, networking, and modern workplace technologies. You'll be responsible for project delivery, technical escalation, and supporting pre-sales where needed - always with customer experience front of mind. Key Responsibilities Deliver cloud, network, and infrastructure projects (minor & major) Act as a technical escalation point for junior engineers Support pre-sales with solution design, surveys, and technical input Onboard new clients and ensure smooth handover to support teams Ensure SLA commitments and service quality are met Participate in out-of-hours support rota (optional)Required Experience 3 years' experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment Proven delivery of cloud projects including: Microsoft 365 migrations Azure deployments SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams Strong customer-facing and communication skills Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple prioritiesTechnical Stack (Full Scope) Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint Online, Teams) Azure (identity, compute, networking, security) Intune / Endpoint Management On-prem infrastructure (servers, networking, storage, virtualisation) Cloud & security technologies Networking, connectivity, firewalls, and general MSP toolingNice to Have Microsoft Azure / 365 certifications VMware (VCP), ITIL Strong documentation and process mindsetCulture & Progression People-first, collaborative, "work hard, play hard" culture Clear progression paths (e.g. Senior Cloud Specialist, Infrastructure Consultant) Ongoing training, development days, private healthcare, mileage, and more Click apply or get in touch with Joe Bigsby on (phone number removed) or (url removed) to discuss the role requirements and benefits in more detail.
