Position Overview The Filling Plant Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the bottling lines, ensuring that production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on, floor-based role where the Manager is expected to work alongside the production team — setting up machines, assisting with changeovers, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining smooth line operation throughout the shift. The role requires a proactive leader who is just as comfortable operating equipment as managing people. In addition to overseeing production, the Manager will also manage stock control for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, ensuring all materials are available as required to meet production plans.
