NHS is looking for a Community Staff Nurse Band 5 to join the Rural DN team in Draycott. You will be responsible for delivering high quality community care, working independently in patients' homes and closely with GPs and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualified nursing practitioners with current NMC registration are encouraged to apply. Previous community experience is beneficial but not essential. The position requires flexible working across a 7-day week.
