Job Description Fast Track Fee Earner – Disputed Cases (Hybrid, up to £36K) Location: Wakefield (Hybrid – 1 day in office, 4 days WFH) Salary: Up to £35,000 - £36,000 (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join our team, handling contested fast track cases from start to trial. This is a non-portal role, ideal for someone confident in litigation and managing disputed claims independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of disputed fast track cases through to trial. Draft pleadings, prepare court bundles, and conduct legal research. Represent clients in hearings and settlement negotiations. Provide clear legal advice on case strategy and litigation risks. Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Requirements: ✔ Proven experience running litigated fast track cases (non-portal). ✔ Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation processes. ✔ Excellent case management, negotiation, and advocacy skills. ✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining high client service standards. ✔ Strong communication and organisational skills.
