Since moving to our brand new showroom in March 2025, we are looking to expand our showroom sales team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in retail, sales or customer service. Some experience working with tiles, bathrooms or kitchens would be an advantage, although full training will be given. An interest in interior design
The role involves:
* greeting customers with a friendly welcome
* assisting customers who are looking to purchase tiles or a new bathroom or kitchen - helping them to choose all elements and achieve a room that they love
* producing quotations for tiling work and bathroom refits
* calculating tiling areas from customers' measurements
* designing bathrooms/ kitchens on our Virtual Worlds design system (training will be given)
* dealing with customer queries by phone or email
* pricing displays in showroom
* housekeeping tasks such as checking on the status of orders, and calling customers to arrange delivery
* ensuring the showroom is tidy and brochures are well stocked
* Hours of work - 5 days per week to include Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays)
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

We require a candidate who will be polite, well presented and able to converse with customers of all ages. Computer literacy and basic maths skills are essential, also a desire to make customers happy and ensure they choose to return to us for future purchases
