Responsibilities
Welcoming New Starters: Be the friendly face and first point of contact for new team members, guiding them through the onboarding journey.
Safer Recruitment: Coordinate pre-employment checks and keep hiring managers informed every step of the way.
Operational Excellence: Manage our HR systems, digital workflows, contracts, and internal communications.
HR Inbox Hero: Own our HR inbox, responding to queries with care and efficiency — no two days are the same!
Requirements
* Superb organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Solid HR generalist experience, especially in onboarding and recruitment coordination.
* Confidence using digital systems and a natural drive for process improvement.
* A positive, people-first attitude and team spirit.
* No sponsorship provided
* Enhanced DBS
* Valid passport copy
* Sharecode right to work (if you are not a British passport holder)
