Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded national Legal 100 firm.
This position advises an impressive client base of public sector bodies, housing associations and social housing providers on a diverse range of property-related disputes and advisory matters.
The work will include:

* Possession and injunction proceedings
* Claims under the Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005
* Breach of tenancy and leasehold management disputes
* Service charge and rent recovery matters
* General property and landlord and tenant advice
