Location: Durham Contract: Long-term, Temp to Perm School : Secondary We’re looking for a steady, resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to support a KS3 pupil with SEMH needs. This role suits someone who can remain calm under pressure and understands that behaviour is communication. You’ll support the pupil throughout the school day, using de-escalation strategies, structured check-ins, and clear boundaries to help them feel safe and supported in school.
