Production Operative/Manufacturing Technician (earlies) - Early shift - £25,852 basic salary - £13.81 per hour equivalent
Early shift 5.30am - 2.00pm Mon - Fri (9 day fortnight). Yes, you get every other Friday off!
Based at our Skipton, North Yorkshire manufacturing site. Please only apply if you live within a commuting distance of Skipton.

The Recruitment Process

The Role
To assist in achieving the production plan, with tasks including:
* Manufacturing product to a high standard ensuring the quality of those products is in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Ensure compliance with SOPs.
* To ensure the efficient and safe use of plant and equipment.
* To keep strictly to manufacturing methods as laid down in the documentation and raise any issues or errors with the Manufacturing Supervisors or Manager.
* Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and personal hygiene within the department.
* To identify any issues and attempt to resolve these and escalating if it cannot be resolved.
* To support Operational Excellence incentives to drive and improve efficiency.

* Hard working, reliable and punctual.
* Local to our Skipton site.
* A willingness to learn and desire to work in a busy team environment.
* Previous manufacturing experience could be beneficial.
* Good manual dexterity.
* Ability to work in a light physical role.
