Service Operations Administrator £27,000 to £30,000 Office Based MonFri, 9am5pm Location: Hemel Hempstead Are you an organised, proactive administrator with experience in scheduling or supporting engineering teams? The Opportunity: As a Service Operations Administrator, youll play a vital role in ensuring service delivery runs like clockwork. From coordinating engineers across multiple regions to supporting internal systems and processes, you'll be at the heart of operations making a real impact every day. What Youll Be Doing: Scheduling service appointments and coordinating engineers Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams Managing service documentation and updating records Supporting continuous improvement of operational workflows Playing a hands-on part in the success of a global service function What Youll Bring: ? Proven admin experience ideally with scheduling or engineering support exposure ? A methodical and detail-oriented approach ? Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset ? The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused under pressure ?
