Full‑time, up to 40 hours per week (on‑site) in Coventry, England. 12‑month contract.
Your experience within Technical Authoring will be an asset in the expansion of our client's aerospace division. Working as a Tech Services Administrator, you will support mission‑critical operations and elevate customer experience during a key transition period.

Responsibilities
In Technical Administration, you will manage inboxes for Technical Publications & Support, validate customer accounts and domains, assign and update support cases, and assist with PHConnect sign‑ups and document access.
In Document Migration & Editing, you will assist in migrating technical publications from UltraCSDB to HiCo, edit military tech pub documents using SGML tools such as PTC Arbortext and FrameMaker, and create and update illustrations in IsoDraw.
You will also act as a Technical Author, contributing to the creation, editing, and maintenance of technical documentation in line with aerospace and defence standards.
Qualifications
 * Case management experience
 * Familiarity with SGML tools (e.g., PTC Arbortext, FrameMaker)
 * Previous experience with Technical Author activities
 * Customer service experience
 * Experience with Adobe FrameMaker
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
Additional Requirements
You must be willing to undertake BPSS clearance and sign an NDA.
