GSL Education are currently recruiting a reliable and nurturing Primary TA to join a friendly and inclusive school in Louth. This position as a Primary TA is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children and supporting their educational journey.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Assist in creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Help monitor pupil progress and behaviour, reporting concerns where necessary.
* Contribute to planning and preparation of classroom resources and activities.
Requirements for the Primary Teaching Assistant role:
* Experience working in a primary school or educational setting is desirable.
* A patient, caring, and flexible approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the past 10 years, with all employment gaps explained.
