Job description
Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport. Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Responsibilities
* Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport.
* Achieving and exceeding sales, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
* Maintaining and proactively improving sales skills, product knowledge, competitor knowledge and offer management.
* Developing relationships with customers and encouraging referrals.
* Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers.
* Up-selling and cross-selling products and services in order to maximise opportunity to retain, following all appropriate FSA regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Computer literacy skills.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively.
* Proficient in English oral and written to communicate with customers.
* Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role.
