Your Role
As Project Manager / Senior Site Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality projects up to £20M across a range of sectors – from education and leisure to commercial and high-end residential.
You’ll:
* Take ownership of the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and snag-free delivery
* Prepare and manage short-term programmes
* Drive Health & Safety standards – making sure everyone goes home safe
* Maintain a strong focus on quality, progress, and profitability
* Collaborate with the QS, Design Managers, and wider team to keep the project on track
* Lead, motivate, and support your site team to deliver results
About You
You’ll be a confident, forward-thinking construction professional who leads from the front.
* Experience with a main contractor on projects up to £20M
* Track record on new build and refurbishment schemes
* Worked on a variety projects. EG: Education, leisure, commercial or high-end residential
* Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
* A real passion for construction and a drive to progress
