COMMERCIAL FINANCIAL ANALYST

They now seek to recruit a finance business partner based at their Maidenhead Hub, with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week. You would work with and report to a world class, ex BIG4 leadership team, most of whom had started in this role! This role would suit a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA candidate with either a practice background or proven commercial finance experience in industry.
Duties:
1. You will be producing new analysis on our performance across a range of variables;
2. Propose and implement any improvements you identify to existing analysis, helping to make them robust and repeatable;
3. Working closely with the Senior Management (including the CFO) and their direct reports on a day-to-day basis, using financial information to inform them on business performance or decisions;
4. Support budgeting, forecasting and longer term strategic planning across the company;
5. Demonstrate aptitude for understanding numbers and making commercial recommendations from that information. You will need resilience to deal with the challenges that Senior Management will make when making significant decisions; and
6. Ensure the non-financial Senior Management understand what your analysis shows and the data you present is suitable for the audience and provides meaningful direction to the business.
