Role Overview
The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery and customer liaison of a planned retrofit works programme, working with customers on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all times and to accommodate customers’ individual needs.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Experience working within the social housing sector, dealing with both clients and tenants.
* Experience on retrofit housing projects and knowledge of PAS 203.
* Ability to manage, monitor and review performance standards to meet targets.
* Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
* Competent ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
* Effective organisational skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
