STEM Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading organisation at their site based south of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and develop their team to provide operational excellence. You will help to ensure the efficient execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities covering:Leading and supervising the electrical engineering teamSupport the team to achieve a excellent standards in preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and periodic inspections on all machinery, equipment, and accessories, including during annual shutdowns.Ensure all team members have the necessary training, resources, and support to perform their roles effectivelyEnsure all work complies with contract requirements, legislation, standards, and codes of practice, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.Oversee inspection and testing procedures, reviewing completed works in line with relevant certifications.Support and contribute to planned maintenance activities to optimise operational efficiency.Conduct H&S checks around the siteTo be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience in an electrical maintenance engineering supervisory or team leader role, within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance practices.The ability to support colleagues, management experience is essential.Familiarity with H&S regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation accurately.This role is on a day shift, Monday to Friday pattern.STEM Recruitment Solutions Ltd operates as both a Recruitment Agency and a Recruitment Business.
