Conduct vehicle diagnostics and repairs efficiently to manufacturer standards
Carry out MOT testing, with support to gain or utilise MOT accreditation
Complete all work accurately within set timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards
Perform quality checks and upsell additional services where appropriate
Maintain comprehensive records of work performed and parts used
Advise customers on vehicle maintenance and repair needs
Support the team in achieving sales targets for labour and parts
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional serviceRequirements of a Technician:
Proven experience as a Motor Trade Technician, with relevant industry qualifications
MOT Tester certification (preferred but not essential; willingness to obtain certification)
Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs competently
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Willingness to obtain MOT accreditation if not already qualified
