We're looking for a Team Leader to guide, coach, and inspire a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through service performance. Supervise, manage, and motivate a team of Customer Service Advisors Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs Identify training needs and provide effective coaching and support Deliver regular feedback through 1:1s, performance reviews, and improvement plans Promote a culture of "sales through service" Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative team environment Lead and support change initiatives, encouraging open feedback What We're Looking For: Experience leading and coaching teams in a contact centre Proven ability to drive performance and meet targets Background in sales (individual or team-based) Strong customer service skills, especially in challenging situations Professional and courteous approach to team management If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
