This is a high-impact leadership role that will drive a significant organisational transformation, including logistics consolidation, distribution network optimisation, and the rollout of a robust S&OP process. The successful candidate will hold full operational responsibility across both the US and Canada. Please note that this position is site-based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will require regular travel across the region. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the US and Canada Optimise and consolidate the logistics portfolio, including distribution centre rationalisation and end-to-end network transformation Design, implement, and embed a best-in‑class S&OP process across the North America region Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and delivering operational efficiencies across the supply chain Experience Required
Proven end-to-end supply chain leadership experience within the chemicals, industrials, or adjacent sectors Strong expertise in logistics network management, encompassing both in‑house operations and third‑party logistics (3PL) partnerships Demonstrated experience in implementing and leading S&OP processes at a regional or global scale Currently based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, or fully open to relocation
