You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a clear sales strategy that supports organisational goals
* Identify, qualify and secure new business across a wide range of sectors
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholder
* Manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
* Prepare proposals, lead discussions around pricing and contracts, and support tender submissions
* Represent the organisation at networking events, meetings and presentations
* Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth delivery of products or services
* Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools
* Provide guidance or mentorship to junior members of the sales team
What the employer is looking for:
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role
* Happy to travel 1-2 times a week
* Confident working with senior‑level decision‑makers and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities with attention to detail and accuracy
* Competent user of CRM systems and sales reporting tools
