Position Overview
The Hotel Manager oversees all hotel operations, manages Heads of Departments, and leads the hotel team. Responsibilities include guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure, events, health & safety, P&L, compliance, training, maintenance, projects, commercial performance, and reputation management. The Hotel Manager is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of employees, guests, and visitors, and that all licensing, awards, and insurance agreements are respected with proper procedures and training in place.
Key Responsibilities
We seek a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving business performance, inspiring the team, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior leadership role within a luxury hotel environment.
* Possess 2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury, boutique, or high-end resorts.
* Demonstrate strong leadership, team management, and guest service skills.
* Have in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, events, and maintenance.
* Be financially savvy with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management skills.
* Be capable of developing strategic plans to enhance performance and brand reputation.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understand health, safety, and regulatory compliance in hospitality.
* Be proficient with hotel management systems and digital tools.
* Adapt to industry trends and integrate innovative technologies.
Requirements and Skills
* Degree or relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience managing luxury hotels or high-end resorts.
* Strong background in revenue management, marketing, and commercial performance.
* Multilingual abilities and cultural awareness, especially with high-net-worth clients.
* Experience with sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility.
