Role Description
We offer full‑time and part‑time Field Sales Executive roles based in Bristol and South Wales. The role involves engaging directly with prospective customers door to door, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions through EE and BT Broadband. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. This position requires promoting a positive brand image and working collaboratively with other team members to drive success.
Qualifications
* Customer engagement skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
* Organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple accounts and tasks
* Problem‑solving skills and the ability to address customer needs and provide suitable solutions
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail positions is an advantage
* Positive attitude, adaptability, and a results‑oriented mindset
* Knowledge of EE products and services or experience in telecommunications will be a strong plus
* Valid driver’s license for traveling to customer locations or willing to travel by own means
* Door to Door sales experience is an advantage
