The Team
The firm's Real Estate team is known for its depth of knowledge and breadth of experience, covering the full spectrum of property matters. They advise clients on a variety of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to asset management, development projects, and dispute resolution.
The team has a particular strength in corporate real estate, handling major development projects, large-scale office relocations, and investment portfolio management. Their work spans across planning, construction, property finance, and litigation, providing a comprehensive service to clients.
Key areas of expertise include:
1. Commercial property transactions, including site assembly, acquisitions, disposals, and financings
2. Asset management, including lease renewals, terminations, and property fit-outs
3. Development projects, from office headquarters to logistics and leisure developments
The Role
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex real estate matters.
As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in supporting clients and developing your expertise in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key responsibilities include:
4. Handling acquisitions and disposals of leasehold and freehold properties
5. Advising on landlord and tenant matters (primarily commercial, with some residential)
6. Managing asset portfolios, including licences and wayleave agreements
7. Assisting with real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals
8. Preparing reports on title and certificates of title
9. Conducting due diligence for financial institutions in relation to property financing
There will also be opportunities to gain experience in:
10. Advising on complex pre-let arrangements involving significant landlord and tenant works
11. Portfolio sales and acquisitions
12. Acting for international investors on property investments
13. Advising occupiers on major development and refurbishment projects
About You The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
14. 1 to 2 years' post-qualification experience in a Real Estate team
15. Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
16. A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
17. An interest in marketing and business development
18. Experience advising tenants on office relocations (preferred)
19. Confidence in managing work independently and liaising directly with clients
20. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to learning and professional growth
