Job Description
* Lead and support a team of Management Accountants
* Oversee the production of accurate and insightful board reports
* Ensure timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with operational teams to translate financial insights into business actions
* Manage monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations with clear controls
* Conduct monthly performance meetings with budget holders
* Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial staff
* Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methods
* Handle ad hoc financial tasks and projects as needed
