About the Role:
 We're seeking a proactive and experienced Turnover Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background to join a critical phase of a life sciences construction project in County Kerry.
This role is pivotal to the successful handover of the project and will involve coordinating turnover meetings with the end client, subcontractors, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and motivator, capable of driving the team to meet key milestones under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate turnover meetings with stakeholders
Ensure smooth documentation and handover processes
Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, and the client to resolve issues
Maintain progress tracking and reporting
Motivate and guide the existing team to deliver on timeRequirements:
Mechanical engineering background
Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical construction projects
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and lead teams effectively
Immediate availabilityWhat's on Offer:
