Service & Maintenance Coordinator Location: Wolverhampton Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (Full-time) Pay: £15.00 The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service & Maintenance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual with a passion for commercial vehicle maintenance and service. Key Responsibilities: Engage professionally with clients regarding vehicle maintenance bookings. Handle email and telephone enquiries in a polite and efficient manner. Complete and manage service, repair, and maintenance paperwork accurately. Process compliance documentation using R2C systems. Liaise with third-party providers to ensure customer requirements are met. Assist with preparation and distribution of client reports. Book, schedule, and monitor third-party maintenance and roller brake tests UK-wide. Respond positively to daily changes and challenges. Skills & Experience Required: Experience in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance & Service is preferred. Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Team player with the ability to support colleagues as needed. Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel essential). Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Comfortable working within company processes and procedures.
