We are working with a fantastic SEN school in Kempston that is looking for SEMH Teaching Assistants to start working with them from September 2025. The school is particularly interested in Psychology and Criminology graduates who aspire to become Education Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or Occupational Therapists.
Role: Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant
Location: Kempston
Salary: £460 - £500 per week (Full-Time)

If you are passionate about working with children with additional needs in Kempston and are up for an exciting, challenging, yet rewarding role in the education sector, this could be the job for you! Some experience working with children in various settings would be beneficial, but personality and motivation are just as important.
The pupils have needs including Social, Emotional, Mental Health, Autism, and behavioral difficulties. The school is looking for committed individuals who want to work there for at least 12 months, as consistency of staff is vital for the children's progress.
