This role is for a professional who is ready to lead smaller-scale events independently while playing a crucial part in supporting larger-scale projects owned by a Senior Producer or Project Director.
Responsibilities
* Lead the full production management of all event logistics from conception to roll out for your events.
* Take inbound enquiries and confidently manage the briefing process with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Create and present compelling proposals with thorough, detailed budgets, ensuring the client\'s message and identity shine through.
* Advise on technical requirements and stay up to date on the latest trends in the industry.
* Provide creative solutions and contribute to the ultimate experience for your clients, venues, and suppliers.
* Manage the delivery of your clients\' events, including oversight of the delivery team on your event.
What’s Needed From You
* A minimum of 2 years\' experience working within an events agency environment.
* Proven track record in producing creative conferences, awards, and celebrations.
* Commercially and financially astute, possessing strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Full knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Flexible and committed to working outside of standard hours (evenings/weekends) as live events demand.
* Current driving licence and ability to travel around the UK and overseas.
