Job Description
We seek a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our growth marketing strategy, overseeing outbound sales campaigns, inbound lead generation, and digital marketing efforts to fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in executing impactful marketing campaigns, managing teams, and scaling customer acquisition through innovative digital strategies, working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted campaigns, collaborate with sales, manage end-to-end outbound initiatives, analyze performance, and refine strategies.
2. Inbound Lead Generation: Lead inbound efforts via content marketing, SEO, paid media, webinars, events, and partnerships; develop multi-channel strategies; oversee content creation; optimize lead capture and nurturing workflows.
3. Digital Marketing Oversight: Lead digital strategies across PPC, social media, email, and display advertising; collaborate with digital teams; implement data-driven strategies; monitor KPIs.
4. Brand Direction: Oversee messaging across channels, partner with product teams, and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
5. Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing with sales, work with product and customer success teams, lead go-to-market strategies, and stay informed on industry trends.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Manage campaign performance metrics, leverage analytics tools, and build dashboards for reporting.
7. Budget Management & Strategy: Develop and oversee the marketing budget, evaluate ROI, and manage third-party agencies and partners.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related; MBA is a plus.
* 7+ years in growth marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles managing campaigns and digital marketing.
* Experience scaling customer acquisition in B2B or B2C contexts.
* Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead scoring, and marketing automation tools.
* Expertise in digital channels and analytics tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
