Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with young people, primarily aged 16–18, to fill this varied and rewarding post. Enrichment and extra-curricular activities form an important aspect of students’ learning and helps them to become ‘career ready’.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside managers and curriculum teams to design, develop and implement the cross-college enrichment programme for all students.
* Promote the enrichment provision across the College.
* Gather feedback from students and monitor, record and measure the impact of enrichment activities.
* Be a pro-active, enthusiastic team player, liaise with students and staff across the College, communicate confidently, enthuse and motivate others to participate in events and activities.
* Utilise good IT skills and work on your own initiative.
* Be willing and able to work flexibly when required.
Contract and Location
This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week and term time based (39 weeks).
Richmond upon Thames College is part of the Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge College Group (HRUC) and is one of London’s most successful Further Education Colleges providing education and training to 16-19 year olds and adults from across Richmond, London and Surrey, for over 80 years. We have opened a new building in 2020 and developed a brand-new technology-focused STEM Centre in September 2024.
