Lettings Administrator position. 6 month contract. Hours between 20 minimum - 30 per week, depending on applicant.

Kingswood Residential Investment Management are specialists in residential property lettings and management across Nottinghamshire.

The business commenced in 2016 and is quickly growing to be a respected independent professional agency operating in the private rental sector in Nottinghamshire, now managing 650+ properties locally.

The role is for a Lettings Negotiator to cover a 6 month period, based out of our Nottingham office (East Circus Street, NG1 5AF). The role will include the following duties:

* Compliance tasks related to property data facts gathering and client checks.
* Preparing documents and notices to issue to Tenants.
* Data processing accross software systems we use.
* Utility bills associated with our managed properties.
* Administration support to other teams in our office.

The candidate must have:

* Previous office administration experience, at least 1 year, which can be demonstrated.
* Not necessarily letting or property experience, although this is preferable.
* Strong administration and organisational capabilities, and enjoys such work.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to deal with clients by e-mail, phone or face to face.
* Computer competency (Microsoft word, excel, outlook emails, internet software, etc).
* Ability to work both alone and in a team.
* Work well under pressure and to deadlines / targets.
* Willingness to 'go the extra mile'
* Great people skills with clients and colleagues

Position is based in our office, rather than from home, as we experience better team organisation and cohesion being all based out of one office.

Hours between 20 minimum - 30 per week, depending on applicant, between our working hours of 9:00 - 5:30pm. 6 month contract.
