Description
As Director of Revenue Operations for Europe, you will drive strategic planning and execution for the European commercial organization, including territory planning and quota setting. Your role involves leveraging data to improve performance, optimizing processes for account managers, and designing sales strategies for SMB, Partner, and Enterprise segments. You will coordinate between product, sales, marketing, and GTM teams to align initiatives, deploy products, and enhance customer experience. You will also partner with regional leadership to define strategy and ensure seamless execution of revenue initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Revenue Operations and Optimization:
Optimize GTM processes, including lead routing and funnel management.
Implement best practices for account management and merchant engagement.
Use data to improve pipeline accuracy and identify growth indicators.
Performance Management and Reporting:
Create and present metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Analyze sales performance and customer health to inform strategy.
Establish KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
Sales Support Systems and Processes:
Standardize lead management and deal processes, leveraging automation.
Manage deal desk operations and Salesforce hygiene.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team supporting growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Extensive senior leadership experience in Sales/Revenue Operations or related fields, managing large teams and organizations. Candidates should have:
Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence skills.
Expertise in process design and operational excellence.
Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
Success in forecasting, pipeline management, and quota planning.
Ability to lead change management initiatives.
Preferred: Experience with subsidiaries, 0% travel, and familiarity with PayPal's culture and benefits.
